Bookings and availability
A booking is confirmed only after we have agreed the equipment, date, venue, pricing and payment or advance requirements. Availability is subject to confirmation and equipment may not be reserved from an enquiry alone.
Rental period and equipment
The rental period, delivery window and pickup time are agreed before confirmation. The customer is responsible for using the equipment carefully, keeping it at the agreed venue and returning it with all included accessories in the same condition, apart from reasonable wear.
Delivery and setup
Where delivery and setup are included, access to the venue, power supply, a suitable projection surface and a safe working area must be available at the agreed time. Delays caused by venue access, traffic, weather or circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect the schedule.
Customer responsibilities
- Provide accurate event, venue and contact details.
- Use the equipment only for its intended purpose and follow setup instructions.
- Do not move, modify, sub-rent or allow unauthorised servicing of rented equipment.
- Report faults, damage or missing accessories as soon as they are noticed.
Payment, cancellation and rescheduling
Prices and advance payments are confirmed in the booking quote. Cancellation and rescheduling terms may vary by notice period, equipment and booking size; the applicable terms will be shared with the quote or booking confirmation. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
Damage, loss and technical issues
The customer may be responsible for repair, replacement or loss costs resulting from misuse, negligence, unauthorised movement or failure to protect the equipment. If a technical issue occurs, contact us immediately so we can troubleshoot, repair or provide a reasonable replacement where available.
Limitation of liability
We take reasonable steps to provide working equipment and timely support. We are not responsible for indirect losses, missed opportunities or event disruption caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when our services or legal requirements change. The version applicable to a booking is the version agreed at the time of confirmation.
